How it goes
Questions we'll ask you about your tyres
Not sure where to start? Here's how a typical conversation goes — no jargon needed.
Tyreplus KununurraWhat size tyre do you need?
Read the size straight off your sidewall — like this 205/55 R17
YouI have a 205/55 R17Brand Michelin Primacy 4
Tyreplus KununurraYes, I can see we have the Michelin Primacy 4 in 205/55 R17 in stock.Would you like a quote, or would you like us to put a set aside for you?
YouGreat, I'd like it done now. Do I need to book an appointment?
Tyreplus KununurraYes, we can do it now. We operate a vehicle drop-off system rather than set appointment times — this job won't take too long, we will call you when it is finished.Morning drop-off: Please drop your vehicle off from 7:00am and we'll give you a call as soon as your vehicle is ready to go.Afternoon drop-off: Drop your vehicle off around 1:00pm. We aim to have it completed before 4:00pm, and we'll call you as soon as the job is finished. Please fill in your details on the job card when dropping off your vehicle.
YouWhy can't you give me a time when the job will be completed?
Tyreplus KununurraWe can't always give a specific completion time because each vehicle is different. Sometimes we find additional issues once we inspect the vehicle, which can take longer to diagnose and fix. Our drop-off system helps us manage this fairly, keeps our workshop running smoothly, and ensures we give you a realistic timeframe. We'll call you as soon as your job is completed. And remember — it might not be your car; it might just be the one before you that can throw our whole schedule out.
YouGreat, here are my details and I will wait for your call. Do I pay now?
Tyreplus KununurraNo dramas, we will get right on to it and you pay once the job is completed. If you want to get anything you need out of your car before you go, we will call you when the job is done.
YouGreat here are the keys.
